Welcome to Body Mindfulness

I've been a practicing body worker for over 20 years.  I'm embarking on a new adventure and bring together like minded professionals.  My passion is to relieve the work or at least my world of pain and help bring people back to living life to the fullest. 

This network will become a place where ideas and questions can be expressed and where professionals of all backgrounds will be able to chime in on any subject.

Thank you to all of my biggest fans, without your love and support I would not be who I am and where I am today.  I'm grateful for all of the people in my life, old friends, new friends, and friends I have yet to meet.
